I had your company out to my home on 12/16/2011 to clean my dryer and dryer vent.  The two guys who showed up (on time!) were great!  Unfortunately, I didn't get their names - but they were here on time, considerate and informative, and did a fantastic job!  They stayed till the "burn off" smell of the dryer dissipated, which I appreciated.  They also told me what to look for and showed me the insane amount of lint that had accumulated in my only 6 or 7 year old dryer!  I knew it had to be bad since it was barely drying a load of towels in less than 2 hours - and now it dries them in about 35 minutes!

I had another company out a year or two ago, and he didn't even come into the house/laundry room when he did the vent, and I have a feeling he did nothing more than push the lint down and plug it even worse.  Your guys kept me informed of what they did, and basically proved that they did a heck of a job by being open and telling me things I can do and watch for to be sure I never let it get to that point again.

Thank you so much for having a company that hires great guys, and that does a great, honest job.  I've fallen back in love with my dryer and promise to never let it get like that again.  I would recommend your company to anyone without hesitation.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know just how happy I am with the customer service and workmanship of your company!  We literally just had our duct work cleaned, dryer vent, furnace, and chimney cleaned and I could not be happier.  They explained everything before they started and what they found in doing it.  I can not emphasize enough how wonderful it feels to have peace of mind that everything that needed to be done was done with excellence and there was no high pressure sales involved!  Thank you for all you do and I will most certainly be sending your name out to those I know who may need your services now and in the future!  Have a wonderful day!

I would just like to say that your staff and yourself should be very PROUD of yourselves. You may or not remember me my name is Mike Pearson and you and Christian (I believe) came to our home on the 10th of November to clean our ducts. There are not many company around anymore that would reschedule there day at the drop of a hat to help a family out. When Tonya asked why I must have the ducts cleaned by Friday, and I told her our Grandson was finally coming home from the hospital she could have done nothing, But no she took the bull by the horns and made it happen.  As the owner you must have faith in her, as you commented to me that Tonya told you that you were going to do our job. Yourself and Christian were both very polite, courtesies and respected our home and also went the extra mile. Please make sure that you THANK Tonya & Christian for us as most of the time the people that make thing happen never get the reward. I also want to wish everyone there a safe and joyful holiday season.

On a lighter note our grandson who was born July 16th  3 ½ months early did  come home on the  and is doing well.
